4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Handling and shipping time is 2–3 weeks.
  • Orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, and all items are insured.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if:
    • The product is incorrect, or
    • The product is damaged in transit.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.
