Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods, only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product
• The item was damaged during transit

In such cases, kindly notify us immediately with photographs of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.

Important Notes

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Additional Shipping Policy

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure you or the consignee is responsive to the shipping carrier.

If:

• The consignee does not respond to the shipping company, or
• The shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or any other reason

The shipping company may dispose of the package after 5 days of arrival at the destination.
