Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

To initiate a return, you must notify us immediately and provide photographs of the product and packaging for verification. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than those listed above (e.g., change of mind).

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Failure to respond to the shipping carrier or refusal to pay customs duties may result in the shipment being destroyed by the courier. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
